This Pinotage Rosé has delicate pomegranate and cranberry flavours, complemented by subtle hints of rose petal. Perfect to enjoy with friends, family and good food.
This wine is delicious to drink now but will gain complexity and interest with a couple of years of bottle ageing.
From Pinotage vineyards in the Voor Paardeberg and the Swartland.
The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice was given a small period of skin contact before being fermented in stainless steel tanks with wild yeast. Total production 16,000 bottles.
